Management Team

During the 1990's Michael ran the Phoenix Regional Office for Pinnacle Realty Management, overseeing management and brokerage activities throughout the Southwest. In 2001, Michael left Pinnacle and formed ParaWest Community Development as an Investment Consulting firm providing services to Affordable Housing Developers. ParaWest initially entered into a Codevelopment Partnership with Paramount Financial Corp., an Affordable Housing Developer/Financier, and wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, and in March of 2003 redirected into "ParaWest Management" to serve a broader range of Apartment Investor/Owners.

Delane LaRue-Salkeld's career has been focused on apartment management for more than 20 years, having worked in a Regional/Vice President Multi-Site Management position for some of the Region's most successful firms including Evans Withycombe, Inc. (acquired by Equity Residential in 1997), Pinnacle Realty Management, and most recently with SNK Property Management. As a team, Michael and Delane have the kind of broad-range and complimentary experience that enables them to succeed in achieving Apartment Owners' Goals in Value-Added Upside, Bottom-line Performance, Day to Day Operations, and Long-Term Asset Appreciation.
