ParaWest Management was formed in March of 2003 to provide exceptional service to Owners of Apartment Communities. ParaWest brings together the collective background and abilities of Michael Salkeld and Delane LaRue-Salkeld which include more than 50 years of Apartment Management, Investment Consulting, Development and Brokerage experience.
Since 1979 Michael and Delane have accumulated progressive experience in apartment investments in the Southwest U.S. including investment/property management of more than 40,000 units, transactions totaling more than $100,000,000, renovations ranging to more than $1,000,000, and development of more than 1,000 apartment units.

The Success of Property Management in achieving Property Owners' Goals often comes down to one very critical question: "Who is personally responsible for overseeing the property and directing operations on a day to day, week to week and long term basis?"
